All refunds are subject to a 16% restocking and processing fee, deducted from the original purchase price. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging intact within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
